I’m 22, walking to work in San Francisco, when I see a woman lying on the sidewalk, pregnant, alone, begging strangers for help.
No one stops because they’re too busy or maybe because they’re afraid to get involved.
She pleads for me to call an ambulance, so I do. But before it arrives…
With my two hands, I deliver her baby on the sidewalk! It’s a girl!
My exhilaration and joy could not be contained!
