Casinorewards8.com Problems: KYC, Withdrawals, Bonuses and Deposits

August 18, 2026 By renzy

You tap the withdraw button or claim the offer, and the screen answers with a pending status, a rejected document or a balance that does not move. Most of these cases trace back to one unfinished condition on the account, such as a check that has not cleared, a bonus rule that was not met or a payment that is still travelling between the bank and the casino.

Identity verification that is stuck or rejected

The player uploads documents and then sees the status stay on pending, or a rejection notice arrives without a clear reason.

  • The photo is blurred, cropped or shows only part of the document.
  • The name or address on the document does not match the account details.
  • The document has expired or the edges are cut off in the scan.
  • The player uploaded a screenshot instead of a photo or a scan.
  • The file is unreadable or heavier than the upload field accepts.
  1. Open the verification area of the account and note exactly which document is requested.
  2. Place the document on a flat, well-lit surface and photograph the whole page, including all corners.
  3. Keep the glare off the surface so the text and the photo stay sharp.
  4. Check that the full legal name matches the one typed into the profile.
  5. Confirm that the address on the proof of address is the same address saved on the account.
  6. Use a recent document that is still valid rather than an old copy.
  7. Upload the file in the format the form accepts.
  8. Send one clear copy instead of several versions of the same document.
  9. Submit each requested document in its own upload field.
  10. Wait for the review to finish before sending anything again.
  11. If a document is rejected, compare the new copy with the reason given in the notice.
  12. Correct the profile field that differs from the document before resubmitting.
  13. Keep the confirmation of each upload in case the review needs it.
  14. Avoid opening a second account to speed things up, since duplicate accounts block the check.
  15. Contact support once a rejection repeats after a corrected upload, or when the status has not moved after a full review cycle.

Withdrawals that stay pending

The withdrawal shows as pending while the balance no longer includes the money, and the status does not change.

  • The identity check on the account is not finished.
  • A bonus attached to the balance still has conditions that are not met.
  • The payout details do not match the name on the account.
  • An earlier withdrawal is still being handled.
  • The account is missing a step the casino requires before the first payout.
  1. Check the withdrawal history and note the status of every request, not only the latest one.
  2. Confirm that the verification step is complete, because a pending check holds the payout.
  3. Look at any active bonus and make sure its play conditions are finished.
  4. Compare the payout account holder name with the name on the casino profile.
  5. Remove any old payout details that are no longer in use.
  6. Make sure the chosen payout route is one the account may use.
  7. Finish any remaining step shown on the account before requesting again.
  8. Leave the pending request in place rather than cancelling it to start over.
  9. Keep the confirmation of the original request.
  10. Do not send the same request twice through another route.
  11. If the status changes to declined, note the reason shown with it.
  12. Fix the cause named in that reason before submitting a new request.
  13. Watch the balance until the amount leaves the pending state.
  14. Contact support once the request is declined without a reason, or when the check on the account stays open and blocks the payout.

Welcome bonus or free spins that never arrived

The player makes the first deposit expecting the welcome offer and free spins, then finds the bonus balance unchanged.

  • The deposit was made before the bonus was selected or the code was entered.
  • The offer applies only to the first deposit, and an earlier deposit already used it.
  • The deposit amount or route falls outside what the offer covers.
  • The account already holds another bonus that blocks a second one.
  • The bonus was credited to a separate bonus balance the player did not notice.
  1. Open the bonus section and check whether an active bonus is already listed there.
  2. Look for a separate bonus balance next to the cash balance.
  3. Confirm that the deposit which should trigger the offer was the first one on the account.
  4. Repeat the claim with the code or the offer selected before the deposit is sent, not after.
  5. Check that the payment route used is one the offer accepts.
  6. Finish or cancel any earlier bonus that still holds the bonus slot.
  7. At casinorewards8.com the bonus terms describe which deposits qualify, so match the deposit to them before sending it.
  8. Keep the deposit confirmation ready when speaking to support.
  9. Note the name of the offer and the free spins package that should have arrived.
  10. Avoid claiming the same offer a second time from another account.
  11. If the bonus appears but the free spins do not, open the games where the free spins are played.
  12. Some free spins arrive inside the game itself rather than on the bonus page.
  13. Allow the credit to settle after the deposit is confirmed before assuming it failed.
  14. Contact support when the deposit met the offer conditions, the bonus slot was free and nothing was credited.

A deposit missing from the casino balance

The bank shows the payment as sent or completed, but the casino balance stays as it was.

  • The payment is still travelling between the bank and the casino.
  • The deposit was declined at the casino after the bank released it.
  • The payment was sent to an outdated deposit detail saved on the device.
  • The account holds a bonus that sends incoming funds to the bonus balance.
  • The same payment was submitted twice, and one copy was held back.
  1. Keep the payment confirmation from the bank, including the reference it shows.
  2. Refresh the account and check the transaction history for the deposit.
  3. Look at the bonus balance, in case the funds landed there instead of the cash balance.
  4. Compare the reference in the bank confirmation with the entry in the history.
  5. Do not send the deposit again while the first one is unresolved.
  6. Check the deposit route and make sure the details used belong to the current account.
  7. If the history shows a declined deposit, the money normally returns to the bank from which it came.
  8. Give the payment the time its route needs before treating it as lost.
  9. Keep the account open and untouched while the deposit is traced.
  10. Note the exact amount and the moment the bank marked the payment as sent.
  11. Prepare a copy of the bank confirmation for support.
  12. Describe the payment by its reference rather than by its position in a list.
  13. Avoid making a new deposit from the same source until the first one is resolved.
  14. Watch the transaction history until the deposit appears or is returned.
  15. Contact support when the bank confirms the money left and no history entry appears.

Keep the profile details, the payout account and the documents in agreement from the start, and most of these blocks never appear.
